Cornelia – with heart, mind and organisational skills at over 220 trade fairs a year
Cornelia is a trained hotel manager and studied business administration – with a keen sense for people, structures and the perfect workflow. She has been at home in the dynamic world of trade fairs since 2018. In 2023, she founded her passion project, ExpoTime. Together with her team, she organises around 220 national and international trade fairs and events every year.
What sets her apart? Organisational talent, flexibility and improvisational skills – especially when others have long since lost their nerve. She loves the diversity and challenges that each project brings. She particularly enjoys setting up and dismantling – where not only structure and overview are required, but also real hands-on work. Because Cornelia is not only strategically strong, but also practically always there when it matters.
Sometimes a little extra is called for: Cornelia wrote a personalised song for a loyal customer for IFFA 2025 – tailor-made, sung by AI and presented as a surprise. A small gesture with a big impact – because appreciation and creativity are simply part of ExpoTime. More under ‘More than just trade fairs’.
She is supported by a strong network of partners – so ExpoTime remains capable of acting at all times, even in the case of short-term enquiries or unexpected situations. Cornelia is a woman in action with a clear vision, an open ear and the ambition to accompany every project with full commitment and genuine passion.
Marie – the organisational talent with brains and humour
As a trained hotel manager, Marie started her career in a renowned hotel in Frankfurt – where she laid the foundations for her high standards of service and hospitality. This was followed by an extraordinary assignment on the high seas: at the AIDA reception desk, she was the first point of contact for all guest matters – always calm, with an overview and a smile.
Back on land, she worked in various hotels in the reception area and in event management before joining ExpoTime in 2024. Since then, she has been organising trade fairs and events with structure, precision and a lot of heart. Marie is determined, reliable and solves every problem with brains and a pinch of humour. Always in a good mood, always ready – simply a great asset to our team.
